Undistorted group icons

What you can do to help:
- Request to become the new maintainer of the plugin
changes the width and height attributes of group icons to max-width and max-height to prevent them being distorted
by SehLax

I was annoyed that group icons are shown distorted if they're not square and figured it's just the <img> attributes, so I changed them into css parameters for max width and height.
The plugin just contains a changed views/default/icon/default.php that overwrites the default one. If this works for you guys, that can be integrated into core functionality.
