i have been maintaining my own version of videolist here and it has not yet made it in to the main elgg repo for videolist. i just updated it to use the new icon system for elgg 2.2+

just added some files that were missing, it should work now.
n.b. you need to run the upgrade for your site and then run the videolist upgrade after installing this
