Elgg Captcha for Elgg 1.8 with nighthawk 2013.05.11 theme

Using Nighthawk theme Captcha not displaying image. the Captcha displays fine on my beta site without the nighthawk theme. Can anybody please point me in a right direction to correct this issue?
