Hi guys. Is there any way to send push notification to users in elgg? It must be real time like facebook notifications. I need to use it through elgg werb service API.

  If you are not using Shared Hosting, then You can use Websocket interface by running an Separate chat process(out of apache). I have implemented it. Its just 100 lines of code. Any other solutions are resource hungery because it goes via Web-Server(Apache/Nginx). and Web Server is not meant for live connection.

Hello friends, I want to add more than one domain in one installation as default but it show only primary domain for all domain name. like:-www.dostsabha.com dostsabha.com xyz.com but thease domains only redirect to my primary domain...

What I can suggest is. Why not share the source code on github with instruction of where to edit the site url and public key and how to build the apk file. This way if you commit any changes in your github repository the admins can pull those... view reply

Yes, Rohit, the site url and api can be build into the apk and let you shared the apk with your user. The problem with this way is those app will not get the new update from google play store. I will try to find another easier way to handle it.... view reply

No, all you need is the to replace the web_services in the mod folder from the project. The apiadmin and tidypics is the only other two plugin that is require. You can copy those two folder or get it from the plugin from the elgg... view reply
