I would like to have a site which is both a social networking site and a wiki with cusomizable securities and unlimited users. The usershould be able to sign into both at the same time. I would like to use elgg and a prefab wiki as templates to save time and money. If you are able to do this work please contact me at jebmusic@gmail.com to talk further.

What do you mean by SSO? Single login such as LDAP? or single sign-one such as Shibboleth?
