Google AdSense is sold here. Google Analytics is just plain code that should be inserted between <head></head> tags. This plugin allows you to do it. view reply

It is a contract for a (very) part-time activity. I see it as a site maintenance contract on a per hour basis. The typical fee I would consider are in the range of 500 to 600 euro / day, i.e. ca. 70 to 75 EUR / hour VAT included. view reply
