@tidypics..  thats awsome..  another thing, is it possible for tidypics to have a default album? i mean one that is always there weather the user creates it or not. so lets say if somebody tags you in a photo that photo would go into your default album, this album could also be used for other purposes.  eg..  on my dashboard plugin i will have features like on facebook so i am making a spot where you could upload images on the dashboard. these images could go to that album also.

I have not so much experience but with the help of my friend pedro I knew that the array you have to pass is the types of the images:

$images = array('image/jpeg', 'image/gif', 'image/png', 'image/pjpeg');

so:

$images = array('image/jpeg', 'image/gif', 'image/png', 'image/pjpeg');

echo elgg_view("tidypics/icon",array('mimetype' => $image));

Try update to the lastest version of Tidypics. Delete the one you have and re-upload the latest one. :-)

We haven't had any reports of this type of problem and a lot of people use TidyPics. I'd try following Simox's advice since it is unlikely that a clean TidyPics install would cause this.

I'm just learning about so many available plugins and putting them to use, one of which is of course TidyPics (Who wouldn't?) and I like what I see SWFUpload can do and no doubt bring to TidyPics for sure.

The version released by Pedro Prez is not supported. It was built off an old code base.

Ok so I will update the group to specify that all code releases should be downloaded and monitored from the google code repository. Next thing I need is an official Live demo of whatever the current release is.

Just seems that uploading plugins to elgg is inefficient because release versions are not stacked and tracked, they are separate. This causes confusion.

Jade, I do agree with the confusion that the Elgg community site provides.  The best we can do is direct people to the Google project site for development/testing, and to the Elgg group for "official" and supported releases.

Regarding the live site for testing -- I'm always using the latest SVN version on OakPages.com.  But if you guys want, I can setup site on my server just for tidypics testing that does not require authentication to upload files. Let me know if that interests you.
