The best way to submit bugs is to go to the Tidypics Google code project: http://code.google.com/p/tidypics/issues/list

Please do a search first to make sure the bug hasn't already been submitted. The best way to see all the items (those closed and open) is to do the following:

Select "All issues" from the Search drop down and press the Search button without any text in the Search box.

Feature requests can also be added there.
