Table './hangout/elgg_system_log' is marked as crashed and should be repaired QUERY: INSERT DELAYED into elgg_system_log (object_id, object_class, object_type, object_subtype, event, performed_by_guid, owner_guid, access_id, enabled, time_created) VALUES ('322','ElggUser','user', '', 'logout', 322, 0, 2, 'yes', '1342420717')

I am using my own server.
Don't have cpanel.
Problem solved. Now its working fine.
