You must log in to post replies.Login as a plugin? Why? I don't think that's a good idea, unless you are talking about social login (facebook, twitter, google)
I mean, what will happen if I'm logged in and deactivate the 'Login' plugin? Or are you talking about 'Login as' a user plugin. If that's the case, I don't really find it good to include it as core plugin, nor as a plugin. Users won't like that you can 'impersonate' them on your network.

There is already a perfectly functioning "login as" plugin available. Not everything needs to be in core.
Well, there should be PHOTO ALBUM (tidypics or whatever) as a core in Elgg which is the most useful plugin but elgg does not have as a core.
I wish if the elgg team can hear my voice, they should put Photos Albums thing as a default plugin with the script......... PLEASE
i am talking about Brett's Login as Plugin it should be a part of elgg 1.9 core~!
We definitely need a way to highlight exceptionally useful plugins like login_as (and admin_notes!) without bundling them (though I think both would be OK bundled). I created #4751 to lead toward better searching.
Thank you Steve
