Community Site Upgrade

We have upgraded the community site to Elgg 1.8. We are currently experiencing problems with the theme and the plugin repository. The repository will probably be down until Monday evening (US EST).

@iionly makes a good point about version (in)visibility on profile plugin widgets, plugin list views, and river entries, but if these also showed version, I don't think it'd be such an issue.
On the plugin pages I'd prefer the added "for Elgg 1.x" to be visually distinct from the title. Maybe smaller font and small-caps in a lighter blue (or gray).
We'll try to surface this information in more places.
