Changing name

In Elgg, one of the default is "FILES" I still want to upload files but I want to change the name to "ebooks' Oh Please where wouold I fined it to change the name? TIA

Just change it in language file of plugin files eg: 'file' => "e-books",
AWESOME it worked. THANK YOU.. Starting to figure this stuff out. Would be MUCH MUCH Harder without this AWESOME Community
