The log does not have Elgg log messages. Did you turn on the debugging logs(http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/Debug_mode)?

Yes, i've turned it on, but my hosting is not the best, i do not have an access to my error log files

Ok, i've added to php.ini 
error_log = "/phpe.log" 

The file is not exist after page reload ; /

It would be best to write the log file to the root path of your website code i.e. the root folder of Elgg. There may be read/write permission issue with / folder.

Also could you please remove the error log shared in this thread since it is pure http log and may not be relevent to this issue.
