Anyone who codes mobile applications can help you with application for Elgg. You just have to create API for a mobile application on Elgg side, afterwards it's independent of platform. There are also a few plugins that provide some basic API's.
I don't know of anyone who would focus on creating mobile applications specifically for Elgg.
Right. I understand that! We're looking for (an) application developer(s)! I was just saying that my site is powered by Elgg; that's all.
