Are deleted users still banned ?

Hi,
if I ban a user profile is the user still banned - or does the deletion delete the ban ?
If you see what I mean ...

You must log in to post replies.Deleting a user entity consequently deletes any references to the user, including owned items, metadata and annotations. So, if you delete a banned user, there will be no record of him being previously banned, and he/she can reregister
