I moved site from server to other. (And yes, I'll upgrade site after get this issue resolved. ;) )

I configured new server as http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/Backup_and_Restore

First all seems to be fine, but then we find out that files using ulmlauts on  file names does not download. I can upload new files with umlauts names and they will download correctly.

I switched debuggin on and see following:

"readfile(/srv/wwwsites/oppi-apaja.net/elgg_upload/
2011/03/01/549/file/1326097715asiakkaiden yksil\xc3\xb6haastattelut kev\xc3\xa4t 2011.docx)

Path is correct,  only ä and ö are displayed as hex.

Any ideas how to repair database?
