Hello all.  First off, I am using the theme Simple Blue White.  I was wondering how to add my Topbar to the index page (not logged in - no info, just the plain topbar).  What file do I need to change?  Do I change a file in the custom_index folder of my theme?  If so, which one?

I want to change the plain index without the topbar:

To the main index WITH the topbar:
