Hi ,
in elgg 1.8 the files that are saved as for "logged in" users only, can't viewed in preview (neither from administrator nor from the owner).
In fact, the iframe contents in this case is an html of the home page and not the preview of the files.
If the same file is marked as "public" the viewer shows the right preview of itself. Why?
Thanks in advance,
Andrea

Yes, of course...any suggestion? :)
Well, never seem that behavior before. Which theme are you using? Are you using any third party Plugin?

Tidypics maybe. It is at beta version...
Wait, the access problem is with Tidypics or the files plugin?
By the way, do not use beta versions on working sites

the problem is with Files plugin (is installed also Socialdocs)
Ok, try first disabling Tidypics (run upgrade.php after disabling it) upload a new file and check if the problem persist. If still try disabling Social Docs (run upgrade.php after disabling it) upload a new file and report back.

Nothing to do, sorry :( Nothing depends upon tidypics nor from socialdocs.
Any other bugs detection?
Thanks
Are you using any other third party plugin? Or a theme?
