Yesterday I released a new version of my plugin Westors Elgg Manager . This one is compatible with 1.8.3 backward to 1.7.x and may be down to 1.5.x (I have an older community, where I need this backward compatibility).

I think, many developers and admins will love the new function to explore an elgg entity. As an admin you can have a look at all properties and meta data of an entitiy. Also the entities in ownership of the current entity are listed.
