The Wire for visitors

Hi,
is there a plugin or a way to allow non-logged in visitors to post on the Wire, but not elsewhere on the site ?

If I understand what you want. There is a plugin for anonymous comments you can modify it to The Wire.

... if you don't wanna go too much into code, you could try Disqus. Create a new page with the disqus form and make people comment on it .... of course, it won't be 100% integrated with elgg.
