OK so the blue box and white text is driving me insane, I was wonering how I could change the background to black and the text to a bright lime green, I know the html codes but still it helps me not, and I cant seem to get a grip on the theming sandbox cos it brings up giberish lol, anyway I have little coding expering with PHP and have always worked under CSS in Dreamweaver as it's mostly automated makes me lazy i know. 

Any help?
