How an Admin can add people to groups
Hi,
i am using elgg 1.8.3 version. I am still a little new to elgg and trying to get my head around some of its 'qwerks' :)
I have a private community site setup. As an admin I am trying to setup a hidden group with a preset list of members. I have setup the group ok, but cannot find any way to add a selection of registered users to this group. (Obvisouly as it is hidden from view they wont know it exists, and i only want people invited into the group to know it exisits).
Can anyone help me with how to manage group memberships, without having to just 'invite friends' which is a bit primitive and time consuming.

You must log in to post replies.That should be quite an easy plugin to implement. Just use a friendpicker input, and create an action.
Probably would want to use the userpicker input instead of friend picker for this since the admin is probably not friends with all users.
