Stop Other People From Posting on Blog

I was wondering if there is a way to stop other members from posting on the blog. Meaning only people like admins can(Or just me).
Because I don't trust random people posting things on the blog, only I want to be able to use it.

You must log in to post replies.It can be done. Needs some coding work to be done. With reasonable knowledge and experience with PHP, OO programming & Elgg API - should be fairly easy. Some hooks in the blog plugin's views and actions code files. This has been done before for commercial projects tho I've not seen anything posted here - plugins nor code snippets. Can you code ?
Nick, have you noticed that you can already turn off commenting for any given blog post?
Easier way is to turn off the comments in elgg blogs.
