I recently started a couple elgg sites for korean expats so i need a korean language version of the english.php file...
ummm... maybe a korean.php file?!?! HAHAH..
Any how... is there one? Can i make one myself?

Remember, to do the same thing for third party plugins.
Another alternative would be adding Google Translate to your elgg site.
