What 'DashBoard' ? which Theme ? Which Page (full URI for that?) are you looking to customize ?

the dashboard is the user dashboard, the theme is custome theme built on the default theme. Currently testing it on local server.

Yew cud have given the URI I asked for - so I'd know the exact page u looking at ;) guess u r just 'jokingly' making it harder to help lolz ;-) Is this what u r talking abt ? and.. Wire seems already in there. 

Thanks Dhrup, what I mean is if you click on activity or your dashboard on top_bar you don't see the wire, where users can post something.  What I want to do is insert the wire on top of the activity page and dashboard so users can post anything. You can something like facebook.

@Nudelar2 that is exactly what I mean, thanks alot for the great help and point it out.  The only issue is now it does not work properly with 1.8.3

I "downgraded" to 1.8.2... :)

I learned my lesson not to upgrade at least for a month due to new bugs and plugin incompatibility.
