Video embed plugin 1.8

do any of the video plugins for 1.8 allow posting video links from youtube.com sites within the message body, like where I am writing now?
The only ones I keep trying seem work as a seperate Video menu and pages. I am just after the abiliity to paste it into the message rather like at blogspot , and embed the link with a thumbnail maybe. so it runs in the message body.

thanks IK, I tried it but didnt seem to have the right plugins for it to be working on my site, so tried the below 1.7 plugin instead, and after a bit of mucking about with the deprecated code it works fine !

just trying to find a way to make it work with Bookmarks too.
