I'm trying to develop a site using elgg for isolated tamil speaking refugees in the Uk. I have no development experience and dont speak tamil and was wondering if anyone had a plugin that would translate the site and allow people to contribute in tamil? If developing a language plugin is fairly straightforward I could give it a go but I'm not really sure where to start.
