Changing Webserver Profile icon not working

I Change my elgg web server address with new webserver address with same files...
And i change the url path in database of new server and upload path.
Its working fine with all files but the the profile images of all users are replaced with default images ...
How can i change this?
And i cannot add new profile images...
Iam using elgg1.7.11

How can i update that one?
It might be an issue with your data folder not being moved to the new web server address. So the system is searching for profile icons, can't find them in the data folder and so produces the default as a backup.
I uploaded the data directory also but still problem with admin side menus and profile icon...
Admin side accessing pages seems to blank
Eg:http://domain.com/pg/admin/plugins/
There are other few reasons associated with it.

I did all these steps already...
checked elgg_metastrings table for dir path?
Checked server time?
Is uploading / changing group icons working?

Its the problem with elgg_metastrings table for dir path...
