Privecy policy

How do I enable privecy policy ( a site page) at Registration page? I do not allow any body to see any content of the site before registration and accordingly I configured in " advance Setting" But Google Adwords team want privecy policy should be visible before registration. Is there any solution?

You did not respond even at my typically good natured humor..
So I reckoned you lost interest -
And I tossed the coin by myself.. here..
It came up 'tails' p-O
But I figured it could be made work for 1.8
while gorging on golden toast, eggs and coffee ;-P
Took a few minutes longer b/c of 1.8's css/UI restructuring;
And.. works on XAMPP here.
Maybe now that ticket + unneeded code effort
can be put to rest ? !
