I had the same problem. I deactivated the google analytics plugin and it solved the problem Apparently the Google analytics Plugin caused the problem with my setup.

Is that my plugin caused the problem? Can you provide more details?

Are you saying about the fr.php file having an single quote issue? If so the fix for that has been already provided in the plugin page.

WOw thanks a lot .. even i had this problem .. i too fixed it by deactivating the google analytics plugin..

The fix has been mentioned SEVERAL times in the plugin page and in the Release notes.
