Icon size in plugins

I've noticed that icons / avatars in group modules vary between tiny and small. The blog plugin uses tiny avatar, pages uses small icon. Is there a standard we should be using for group modules? How about widgets.

This was going to be fixed in elgg version 1.8.5 but so far it is still the same. Icon size on widgets are different.
