I could do it if I had time from my studies these days ... but, there are quite a number of good developers around.

an good way is design and model your own theme.

For css and html modellers it is too easy work..

I was looking more for a website where I can download a theme. I see there's elggzone and juipo but is there anything else?

I've been looking around for a while now. trust me. I've seen those themes before. They either aren't what I'm looking for or some of the functionality doesn't work with the newer versions of elgg or there are compatibility issues with other plugins. I like the xoom one and I've tried it before but there are issues with it.  I'm trying to find a decent theme that looks professional. I also need a plugin that allows for different types of members. For example, a regular membership that costs $8.99/ month and a premium membership, business membership type that costs $30/month. 

Membership levels is smth i am looking for as well. And a few other things.

@xynapse for the plugin you are looking for open a new thread on the professional services group. There is one provider who has that, however due to moderation it has to be discussed at such group. Same goes for the theme issue.
