I need a plugin and I am not a developer..... So I am asking for help.

I want to have room to display some small ads in order to earn funds thus paying for my hosting. I though a simple plugin that was capable of displaying rotating image ads (or flash based) would be useful for many who need to finance their networks.

I had two trains of thought for this plugin idea:

1. plugin that displays image/flash ads with simple html input similar to the html input in the blog widget, ect.

2. plugin that includes itself in the admin area through upload/embed and posts a  link attached to the image/flash ad using java script.

I am looking for a developer to create this plugin.
