User validation by email

I am using "uservalidationbyemail" plug-in.
Email, however, is not sent for new user.
I don't know why email is not sent.
I am trying to find the same problem on discussion.

I am having the same issue. I contacted my host and they are telling me that it has something to do with my codes.
