PLEASE! Problem with BuddyTalk HomePage

Hi everybody! I install BuddyTalk Theme on my 1.6.1 Elgg site. But on the Index page Does't appear like the theme. Appears like the default theme, I'm Using Custom_Index and nothing :(... Can anybody help me please!

Hi! Sorry you're having trouble. - Try running /upgrade.php
- Make sure custom_index comes before your theme in the list of plugins
- Try not to sound desperate when posting questions -- it actually makes people less likely to respond. All caps, exclamation points, and repeated uses of "please" all make you sound desperate.
- Check the docs first next time: http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/I_installed_a_new_theme_but_the_graphics_are_not_showing_up
- Upgrade your Elgg installation (We're about to stop supporting 1.6).
