There are many changes as I hadn't updated the version of these plugins in the Elgg repository for over a year. Sorry about that!

This should be the last major release of this suite of plugins.

I'm completely rewriting them for Elgg 1.8 and should be releasing a new much revised suite of form plugins in a few months for Elgg 1.8 and higher only.
