How and Where can I insert site-wide html meta tags in elgg site

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to add any html meta tag like Meta reply-to, Meta Revisit-afte, Meta HTTP-EQUIV etc.to elgg site that will cover all the pages of the site. I mean such html meta tag will be automatically applied to all old and new pages.
