Where do u go to change txt,boxes,and background for dashboard and mainpage?

1)Okay so figured out how to change my topbar to green on dashboard.Where do I go to change it for the mainpage?
2)How do I change the txt color,background and menu and the box colors on the dashboard where mood post bookmarks group memberships etc are?
3)Where do you go the same as above for mainpage?
