tidypic tag photo have river comments by pedro prez

hey anyone knows how to have river comment by pedro in a tag photo by tidypics?
ex. in a riverdashboard when someone tag a photo there's comment box so others can comment..

the start.php in river comment by pero i tried to modify it and the comment box in tag appear, but my problem is, when I comment to specific tag photo, all tag photo in riverdashboard have the same comment, (my comment in single photo appears to all tag photo comment box..)
help me with this pls..
