Hi i need a company that works years in elgg social platform and has experience to make fresh new social from the beggining.
I have made a lot of tests and most of the services my social will need can be covered from some plugins are already made. I will also need some extra widgets and functions to be created just for my social and also a unique nice theme.

Get / offer professional help on Elgg; like customization, design, development, setup, hosting... Illegal trades are not allowed.

Be careful who you hire. I would ask for references as some of the people who seem to be of high caliber are but are extremely unprofessional. Message me if you want some suggestions and people to avoid.
I echo TahoeBilly's advice on this, I have worked with and paid for work with several several developers here (including Mike) and can also help guide you on where to go... or more importantly, where not to go.
Getting some user feedback could save you a LOT of heartache!
