I have form plugin version 0.8.0 with two form data, how can I upgrade to version 0.8.1 without losing the information saved in the form?

Hi Marco,

None of the changes should affect anything in the database.

Just install the new code and run upgrade.php.

In the new plugin set that you have recently uploaded has got double files in almost every folder which are same(file names are same). So while unziping it comes up with the message "file exist - replace or skip". should I replace or skip.

These are four separate plugins. They go in separate directories.

If you are copying them over an existing installation form plugin installation, the safest thing to do is to back up your current plugin directories, delete them, replace them with the ones in the zip file and run

url-to-your-elgg/upgrade.php

It displays a text box on profile forms for me.

How are you using it?

Did you run upgrade.php after installing the code?

Are you running the form/flexprofile plugins at the bottom of your plugins?

yes to both questions. I am using the forms plugin in combination with the flexprofile in default mode.

Well so am I and I get the Skype text box when editing my profile!

Perhaps you could try what I suggested above - completely delete your form/flexprofile plugin directories and replace them with the new code? Then run upgrade.php.

ps: calendar function does not work neither for me. the page jumps to its top.
