Profile fields

Hello, i want to add a multiselect field dependend on some list of objects and i don´t know how to do this. I see that profile manager can't do. What can i do? How i change the standard profile or the profile manager to do this?

Ok. I want that the user can select some options from a list and i want that the list depends on content create by the administrator.
