Hello.
I have noticed on this (ellg's) own site that it is not possible for normal members like me to create "groups". Is there some sort of plug in so I can have that function on my site? I only want the admin of the site to be able to create groups.
Also is it possible to disable the RSS feed throughout the entire site?

You must log in to post replies.Hey EGBRI, Yes if you go to your group settings in the administration panel you can set it up so that only Admins can create groups. As far as disabling the rss you should be able to do that by deleting the link to it from the side menu..

Okay, I cannot find the setting to edit the group setup? The only option I can find is to allow invisible groups?

There are no settings in the admin panel fr restricting group creation to admin only. But there are plugins available here for what you are looking for. Fogot the exact name. Search for some "group moderate"

Sorry EGBI I guess I don't know were I remember doing it. But I know it's possible.. Like Team W said try to look for some plugins..
