I have noticed that it create the problem with register.php, while if you add user with useradd.php it works fine. any hints?

alla fine ho sostituito tutti i ACCESS_DEFAULT con ACCESS_PUBLIC all'interno del plugin profile_manager. Non risolve la causa del problema, ma almeno funziona...

Sorry, I didn't realizee I wrote in Italian...!

Finally I replaced  ACCESS_DEFAULTs in the profile_manager with ACCESS_PUBLIC. It worked, and still allow users tos et their own level of  access. I think however it did not resolved the cause of the problem, but at least i works...

The problem is fixed. A new version of profile manager will solve the issue.

I don't know if the problem with the registration form is fixed. Siteaccess still removes additional fields from the registration form provided by profile_manager.

I use Elgg-1.7.8 and the last update of profile_manager 2.9.2 with all the ACCESS_PUBLIC within the files. By the way there remained an ACCESS_DEFAULT in start.php which I substituted as well:

In siteacces plugin settings, I have added the following lines into the access control list:

pg/profile_manager/register.php
pg/profile_manager/account/forms/useradd.php
pg/profile_manager/toggle_metadata.php
pg/profile_manager/object/custom_profile_field.php
pg/profile_manager/settings/profile_manager/edit.php
pg/profile_manager/css.php
pg/profile_manager/profile_fields/add.php

But, I am still told that I am not permitted to see the following page:

http://bjerke.dk/elgg/pg/profile_manager/register

Thus, I wonder what else should be permitted. AND of course there are still no additional fields in:

http://bjerke.dk/elgg/account/register.php

(If I go to:

http://bjerke.dk/elgg/pg/profile_manager/register

as a logged in administrator, I get a blank screen. Should it be like that?)

Emdagon has solved the problem with siteaccess and the disappearence af additional fields provided by profile_manager. In:

siteaccess/views/default/account/forms/register.php

You should add

$form_body .= elgg_view('register/extend');

Where you add the line, depends on where you want the fields in the register form. It could be line 24.
