I 'm looking for a plugin that would help a new user take their first steps. Given the complexity of an elgg site, I've found that even smart users feel a little lost without someone giving them some help.
I envision something like the following.
1. User logs in.
2. user prompted to add info which goes into their profile
3. user prompted to add avatar.
4. user is presented with some popular groups they might want to join
5. user is asked to input a few email addresses of friends they'd like to invite.
etc. etc. etc.
By following a series of screens prompting the user, the user would learn some basic terminology and site layout and enjoy an easier first time experience.
Does anything like this exist?
