As things are going more and more mobile, I am looking for a developer to make a plugin / app for an elgg site to allow event and group owners to send SMS' out to their events and groups.. 

This will use SMS gateways ( I have a large list and can supply). Will then combine the users e-mail with the service provider they used, will then convert the mobile number into an e-mail using an SMS gateway.

Security:

Users will have a security confirmation sent to their phone to prevent spamming. An attached message at the end of the users message will be from the site admin saying something like, " To stop go to [SITE DOMAIN] and edit your group / mobile settings"

Anti-Spam:

Allow admins to put a limit on how many SMS' the users can send out.

Terms of Use:

A terms of use will need to be added stating site so and so is not responsible for charges, please check service provider.
