This is about pg/dashboard/ page which can be customized by users. I perfonally found this "feature" a kind of harmful. I'd like to customize the page under Admin user and the leaved it unchanged for users.

Anyways, I can't even find where it is configured - on this website dashbaord doesn't allow editing for example.
