NC for Facebook/Gmail Style Chat

Looking for some help integrating a more advanced chat for elgg. Something more similar to what Facebook or Gmail does where it follows you no matter what page you are on.
Something like one of these:

Ideally the users from the site would be directly in there so no one would have to pick a nickname. Also need to make sure all data stays within the walled garden.

Get / offer professional help on Elgg; like customization, design, development, setup, hosting... Illegal trades are not allowed.
Started using Arrowchat yesterday - it's a good chat bar, no negative performance issues, and looks clean and professional. The problem is, there are not many applications and the ones they do have, I'm having problems with. Support replied to my ticket within 60 minutes....i'll write another update in a few days when i've had more time to experiment with it.
