I'm testing multisite on localhost, but I'm unable to create a new community.

I got this message "Unable to create a new community. You must run the init multisite first"

I set multisite initialization with default values, but it still not working!!

Iam sure that I'm missing something but I can't figure it out.

I appreciate any ideas ^_^
