A direct respond button (not comment) in blogs

I would like to see a private/direct Respond botton with blogs posts. Clicking this would be equivalent to sending a private message, and the the subject line will be automatically filled with the title of the blog post.
Would it need a whole plugin, or a bit of coding would suffice?
